Ruby Slots was one of the first casinos I ever played at. The Bonuses were great, they had a wide variety of games that they keep adding to, and the support staff helped me out a ton since I had a lot of questions. Played the webplay versions of Dream Run and Caesars empire here. Thought I understood the rules here but was confused when i thought i earned the Bonus round but didnt. support helped me figure that out which was nice. The first time I played at Ruby Slots I used the $50 NDB and I won $115. I asked for a withdraw and was denied. I had not yet sent my paper work so I did and then asked for another withdraw. I was approved but, I didn't think that the payment was going to get to me because of the fact that I had emailed them three times and no response. After the forth email and third time talking to the manager I finally got an email back. Mind you I was approved for the Money Gram before I started emailing and calling, and it had been 21 working days before I started all this. I finally got my money six weeks after the approval.
