The action and the chosen theme in Ed's Venture are quite interesting. The game takes place on an alien planet and the main character is a small alien that's out on a day of fun at the beach. He seems to be doing what every human kid does when he gets to a place with lots of sand, he makes castle. The small alien is accompanied by a cute robot that resembles Wall E and which looks like it's one of the rovers sent by humans on Mars. The action seems to take place on Mars, though there is water in the distance with a sail ship on it so we're a bit confused by the setting.
