Desert Treasure is one of Playtech's more popular progressive video slots and has been made into a second version called Desert Treasure II. It include some nice graphics that help set the theme and all of the symbols reflect the them as well including the letter and number symbols as they are joined by beetle bugs, lizards, snakes and spiders, which is a nice touch. The main character symbols include palm trees, a camel and the sheik. The bonus symbols in Desert Treasure are the Gold Boa Snake, the Map with compass and the Desert Princess.

As with all great slots Desert Treasure includes a number of important features. The first is the wild symbol as it will match all other regular symbols found within the game. It also acts as the top pay and will award 10,000 coins if you get 5 of them on an active payline.
The scatters come into play once two or more land in any position on the reels. This will award a win of 2 times your bet. The scatter is also your ride into the sunset and the frère spins. Should you get 3 scatters you will win 10 free spins with a 3 times multiplier.
