I gave 1 star for all catagories, as even the parts i liked were invalidated by the reneg, of my winnings without reasonable breach of predefined terms, that ended with me feeling I was scammed nearly 300$ ,,, I was given manually a 25$ no deposit bonus, I won 380$ with it playing Diamond Dragon by end of play-through, I was told to deposit, 25$ to withdraw the max amount of 250$ , my balance was then reduced, to 250. I went and filled my card, and tried to deposit, 25$, it was denied, and i was told i must use upay. I made a upay account, and to add funds had to verify, this took a day. the next day, i contacted chat, and they told me that my win was not valid. and I must use fun mode only, because Gambling is illegal in USA. I told them, that i had asked the previous worker who manually added Bonus, and instructed me that i could deposit, 25, and get winnings, and she was sure enough to allow me to risk adding funds, to upay which i have no use for, and sharing my financial details. The second worker, said that the first one that told me all this was new, and must be retrained, and that my only hope was coming back Saturday when she works, I did , and deposited 25$, then when i tried to check on withdrawals processing the next day, my account was blocked. I made a second one called temporary chatter. contacted chat, it was second worker, who told me that she had told me this, and I am now banned for being USA and making multiple accounts, then i was banned on the temp chat account. and that was where i left it . I Lost 250$ in winnings, and 25$ from deposit. 275$ overall scammed... I have all this recorded, even the session where i won, as I like posting my gambling on YouTube. My channel name is tantanpro, i can upload proofs for anyone who cares to see.
