When you consider the name of the slot, you get the impression that it's something related to space and stars, but the design doesn't reflect that, so maybe the name could've been better chosen. There are plenty of sparkly bars, red sevens and gems around, with some elements of a cosmic nature in the background, but the space element is not easily visible otherwise.

Starburst offers players the possibility to place bets of up to 100 coins, 10 for each payline (there are 10 total). The value of a coin can be chosen by the player within ghr $0.01 to $1 interval. The total betting range for Starburst is from $0.01 to $100. The big jackpot available in this slot is 2500 coins, or $2,500.

While there aren't a lot of symbols on the reels, that's actually a good thing, since there is a better chance of getting a winning combo and a prize. Various blocks of symbols can also be winners in this slot, an example being when 9 symbols form a triangle, with the basis on the bottom or the top corners. Both the left and the right can be the places where the symbols start, not just from the left, like so many other slots do.

The wild symbol in Starburst will show up on the middle three reels and it's the kind that expands, covering all the symbols from the reel. Also, it will give out a spin for free. The player that gets the wild will benefit from it a second time, as it remains frozen in place, while the free spin takes place.

Overall, the designers that worked on this slot could've done much better. I'm not talking just about the theme and how it was created, without a clear focus, but also about the features of the slot. Right now, I'd say that this is not the greatest slot and not everyone will enjoy playing it. It doesn't mean that you will not like it though, since each of us has his own preferences.
