This game is the third episode in a series that was created by Rival Gaming. The previous episodes were both quite scary, especially the design from the second slot, and they've kept that side of it with this game, but they've also added a bit of a story to it, with regular characters mixed with the scary ones. The action here takes place in a mansion that is haunted, and the human characters are those that enter it, and get scared by the things that inhabit the building. Images found in the game include bloody cleavers, armor heads, the werewolf, green ghouls, a girl, a guy, the mad professor, keys, skulls, lanterns and cameras.
The game has a high number of paylines, and every single one of them can get wagers of up to 10 coins on them. Luckily, the coin value is not that high, the maximum being $0.25, but with 500 coin bets, the maximum bet is still worth $125, which is no small wager. The top jackpot, which is a multiple of the line bet, is 250,000 coins, or up to $62,500 cash.
One of the nicer features of this slot is the wild, a symbol that takes the place of others when it is possible, so that new combinations will be formed with its help. If it manages to do that, it will give the combination a multiplier if there are at least two wilds on that payline. The result is a 2x multiplier for 2 wilds that contribute to the combo, 5x for 3 wilds and 10x if there are 4 wilds in a winning combo. These multiplier values are used for the wilds that appear during regular spins. For the duration of the free spins, the wild changes, becoming an expanding symbol that doesn't have any multipliers.
The mad professor is a very useful symbol, which gives you free spins, depending on how many of them have showed up. If you have three of these scatter symbols, you get 6 spins for free. With four scatters, the prize is 66 spins. Five scatters will give you an incredible 666 spins for free.
There aren't that many games out there that give you up to 666 spins for free and multipliers of up to 10x. It seems that this third installment of the Scary Rich series does the rest of the series justice, and overall I'd say it's a must play slot.
