The betting options weirdly enough don't give the player the option to change the coin value, so it stays at $0.01 at all times. Instead, he can choose a maximum of 12 coins to user per line ($0.12 maximum line bet) and he can use 1 to 25 paylines. If both the number of coins and the paylines are maxed out it means a bet of 300 coins, or $3. Since it's such a small wager it's understandable that only $1,200 can be won from the top jackpot combo.

The wild symbol with an image of a leopard that roars on it serves as a substitute feature with 2x multipliers but at the same time you will find that it awards the top payout of 10,000x the line bet.
