Golden Lady casino should not be played

Golden Lady will not pay you your winnings. They refuse to pay me my $500 that I legitimately won with no bonus,no promotions,no requirements. They just refuse to pay. I think they should be blacklisted in my opinion

My son is having trouble getting paid from Golden Lady Casino as well. He met all requirements and his prize was in query to be paid out. He talked to live chat a few times and they said it was fine and would be paid in 7 to 10 business days. Now they have blocked him and chat won't respond.

Well once again a claim that has no merit, the user had no account at Golden Lady Casino and they stopped interacting with me trying to resolve the issue.

Well I do have a account at golden lady and I am waiting for a withdrawal. I won on Thurs and have been going back and forth since then the said to give them a few more day. They wouldn't give me any definite answer so we will see if I get by Thur 354 dollars
