Naomi Osaka beat Serena Williams in straight sets, 6-3 and 6-4. She then beat another American, Jen Brady, also in straight sets, 6-4 and 6-3 to win her 2nd Australian Open title. The contest ends in a four way tie. Original prize money has been doubled to more fairly compensate the winners, who each scored 3 out of 4 possible points.
