    Connecto informed me they are locking my account

    They are locking my account! Connecto just flat stole from me! I reported the fraud to Visa! I will not let this one go!

    P.S. Since they could not read the copys, I offered to mail them the actual card. They would not give me their physical address, that should tell us something right there.

    this is turning pretty crappy, I always use netteller to avoid this kind of stuff, if I hear back from the email i sent (sent to you as well) ill let you know

    I had a friend bring over her scanner. She scanned the card at 150 dpi, b/w photo to reduces glare and with the sharpen image filter on.

    The scan is CRYSTAL CLEAR, you would think you were looking at the actual card.

    I have tried to redeem my comps, one email everyday for over a week. NO comp points have been redeemed, over 2000 comp balance.
