Mighty Slots DID NOT accept withdrawal request!
I posted some great screenshots from winnings that I got at Mighty Slots in a different thread (you may have seen them) I made a deposit and received a large bonus along with it. I managed to make the playthrough and still had enough to request a $1,600 withdrawal. I sent in my documents and then waited and waited. I checked and there wasn't a max withdrawal on the coupon that I had used. In the meantime, they sent me emails with free chips available, so I used a couple of them....for $5 each.
Finally, after 3 weeks, and only after contacting Live Chat 3 times, I received an email from them. I was informed that because I used a free chip before the withdrawal was processed, I breached the terms. Therefore, I was not eligible for a withdrawal. It wasn't smart for me to use the free chips; I really should have known.
That doesn't help me feel any less ripped off though. I read about their withdrawal policies, which stated that I would receive an email within 48 to 72 hours. That never happened. So is that a breach on their part? I guess not.
I will not ever deposit there again and I wouldn't recommend that anyone else does either. I think the tactics that they used were highly unprofessional and very unfair. Their customer service was very poor, to say the least. If I hadn't contacted Live Chat repeatedly (who were not very helpful), I don't know how long I would have waited for a response. I called once and that was a TOTAL disaster. They had a really hard time understanding or speaking English; they were rude.
Sorry, I guess I needed to vent a bit. I wanted to share this info with others as a warning for the future.
