I have managed only once to successfully make a play through on a freechip, initially I found the bonus and real money balances confusing. You can only play the bonuses games when playing a bonus and when you do make a playthrough. A nice window pops up to notify you. I have sent through docs required for withdrawals as well as requested a withdraw. What I didn't realise at the time is that the amount is not deducted immediately off you real cash balance.
