I am curious, although you offer the most trusted poker/gambling sites available I would imagine that you still have disputes with some members from time to time, how do you ordinarily work with individuals like that? If it is inappropriate to answer on the forum I will understand, but I was just wondering.
We do have disputes, we deal directly between the players and the casinos, usually the affiliate managers. We play as a moderator and always try to please the players while obviously not taking advantage of an operator. In most cases the complaints stem from not understanding the printed terms and conditions associated with a casino bonus but we have found in the past some poorly run casinos that we felt no longer deserved a place here. The are dealt with by placing them under rogue status (somthing were now not displaying under the new design but will again soon)
