I don't know if this is the right place to put this but right now I don't care. I'm frustrated and pissed off with my lack of computer knowledge and reaching out in places that normally respond is like they disappeared off the face of this earth!. I hope somebody hear will read this and throw something at me. I had trouble not being able to load games and enter tournaments, because they wouldn't highlight. Then I managed to get one $50 one, but reels kept spinning. Then I couldn't even load the casinos, Platinum Players( I'm a Vip there and can't get in Exclusive one only a small one. I try going to chat, and when it doesn't mess up and I finally get to chat and they can't tell me anything, even after getting Vip host. And Rich reels. e-mail them and no answer. I finally managed to get Windows XP SP2 installed and was ble to get Platinum put on, without DOWNLOAD FAILED message TRY AGAIN LATER. Then I put Internet Explorer 7 on and can't download Rich Reels. I'm using AOL and I hate it. What am I doing wrong? I hope this makes any sense to anyone. Any thing will help, even if you want to tell me how stupid I am.

Thanks, I wish I could , and beleive me soon as I can catch up on my wireless cricket, I will. For now, I think I'll just break something. So you think it's the AOL huh and not me? I appreciate your advice.

helwin, don't think you're stupid. We've all had to learn at some point. Try minimizing AOL and use a different browser. Open IE or try using Firefox browser. Check your pop up settings and firewall. Usually the security bar on top of IE will show and click to allow. Hope this helps.

I hate AOL allways messes with your computer. Might try a disk defrag or cleanup. Not enough Ram too. Good luck

Thank you for your replies. If what I'm doing now doesn't work I 'll try what you suggested. I went crying to my slot host at Platinum Players and she got back to me with direct x runtime user or something like that. She is so awesome, If none of this works, I won't stress too much, cause I'm going to pay up my wireless tomorrow and get it back on. I had some luck tonight at nearby casino and on free money. I hit a royal on quarters and 4 aces twice on dollar, once with 2 in and once with 5. It's not enough to pay everything but it sure helps catching up and cleaning up the messes I've made. Thank God and thank you for caring.

Thanks Chip, Actually I hit quite a few. I will try and get one with what I won in dice game and surprise you all. That was fun. Even the anticipation. Am I supposed to spend it on food or something ? Is it okay to play it? If so , where? I'm sure I'll find something.

P.s. Still working on computer tournament casinos mess. Got my cricket back on What a difference! Haven't checked everything out yet. It looks like these downloads will cost me even though they're trial. Not sure what to do with them either. I haven't written slot host yet, cause I'm embarassed and want to have a good report for her.

I have had problems with downloading, or opening some casinos, and I found that if you open your task manager, click on the "processess" tab, click the top of the "name" column to alphabetize the list, look to see if CASINO.EXE or CASINOAPP.EXE is listed (you may see many instances of these files, as many sister sites use the same-named file, and this file does not always close when you exit the site.). If so, highlight it, then click "end process" (you'll see this at the bottom of the window), then confirm you want to end the process. This always fixes my problem, along with deleting my internet temp files at least once a week or more.

Also, check your firewall settings. That may be keping the files from downloading.
