Just started playing
and people say I play well/good for a fresh player. But I keep making stupid mistakes that makes me lose money on a per hour rate.
I have a severely limited bankroll, and I really really want to get better at the game. I am willing to put in 18 hours per day.
My question is, is it normal to make stupid mistakes when you are just a beginner?(I started playing February 2011, before that I
have never played for money before, just for chips with friends)
Please help.

One of my top tips is to be sure to play at stakes that suit your means,
you should have at minimum 75x the big blind if you are playing cash
games, and play some small sit n go tournaments to help build your
bankroll. Try to not put all your chips allin unless you have the nuts,
and pay attention to the other players and how they play at the table.
Alot of multi-table players miss out on this key opportunity
because they are always flipping throughout tables and never
pay enough attention to other players at the table. Hope
these few tips help you get started.
