Thread: Spin Palace

I come from Switzerland--in the middle of november i received a letter from Spin Palace with a 100 Free Spins on a Witch etc. slot. in the end i had a 1000euro--wich i wanted them to pay me out. i made all they asked for and sended a fax on the given adress--no answer. i mailed and asked why they did not response? they did not receive anything from me -was the answer. i went to a copy-shop made expensive copies (passport etc.) went to the mail in zuerich and off it went again--no answer.i mailed again and asked why they did not answer? the german speaking women in charge said ,my copies were too dark they are not useable. again the same procedure with a coloured copie-again no answer,--i mailed again --the women said :still too dark we can not use them. on the 18. of december i sended the whole bag by mail on the adress wich the support gave me. yesterday i mailed and asked what is going on? the answer : we did not receive any letter of yours!!!
tell me : what can i do ?

OK i was told pretty much the same thing that legibale documents have not been recieved as of yet, they also say it may be an issue with Christmas mail causing the delay. If you like you can send me the electronic ones as a third party verification they are "to dark" or not..

First of all --i want to thank you for your efforts,Chip,indeed.
this delay,they say: the letter went from swiss on the 18. of december, and what worries me:its the third time in one month they said they did not receive anything, two times it was the fax and now the regular mail.
I wait now till next wednesday(9.of jan.0, and then you could give me your fax nr.--i believe they have an extreme old or cheap faxmachine,cause the pictures i sended away were high standard. greetings hansi5322

do you have access to a scanner so you can use that instead of a fax?

no sorry chip i dont have a scanner --if i had, idid not know how to use it .
today -monday no news from spin palace . if you like i send you the whole shit by regular mail -- i dont know- i believe they want to screw my efforts , i am fed up- and i have spend almost 40 euros with copies ,stamps ,faxes,etc. i start to believe, thats what they want-i might give up some time.....

I dont think they want to screw you as they are fantastic at player retention, and scewing a player does not fit that! Is there any source near you you can bring the documents to to have them scanned in a pdf format? Most business scale copy machines do this, as well as almost all new all in one home scanner/priner devices. I do not know your area but I would think even a police station would have this simple ability to put it into a digital copy you can then email?

OK! i`ll do my best--- tomorrow i work, and after that i go to a funeral , but wednesday i try to take another run of good will and bla bla bla. .sorry chip i am very sad today , i have lost a good friend ---next time wednesday . thank you so much for your help. hj.
