I downloaded Fortune Reels and it also said no promotions.No sooner than that I was locked out of every Rival Casino I have an account with.I'm working on fixing the problem.So far I got 3 back, 2 of the 3 casino's gave me a free chip, for the mix up, so maybe that happened to you. Good Luck!!

They did the same thing to me. here is what they told me:
Robert: Regrettably your account was automatically closed by the security system because you are linked to too many duplicate accounts within Rival powered casinos. Only one account is allowed per casino per household/computer and therefore your account was.
i tried to talk to them and all what is above is all they would say.

I won a $10 chip on another forum for Absolute (before it changed to Power or whatever) and I was told the same thing, that I had multiple accounts but the management were not entitled to give me any info. Since then, I've had no offers from most of the Rival sites. How do we go about clearing our good names when these false accusations are thrown at us, but we cannot get hold of the information? It only seems to happen when we try to claim freebies or competition prizes

man everything is getting harder now, i fell like moving house and buying new computer with my mrs name on some real genuine casinos accounts and never using a free chip, whats the point, whats the point, even when you deposit at half of them, ( which they will take your money gladly ), they wont pay when you win cause you have multiple accounts or have used to many free chips, i have one account with alslots and that works fine, they have always payed me, stuff the rest
