the reason this happened is because there probably was a maximum cashout and once you make the playthrough requirements, they automatically take away anything over the maximum amount allowed to be cashed out.

i was playing at a reputable RTG casino not long ago, hit a random jackpot on a free chip, and once i made the playthrough requirement, they took the rest out of my account.

This seems to be normal when dealing with max cash outs or free chips.

i did wonder that, but i have played them before and even won a random jackpot, i knew i couldnt cash it out and played about $8000 down to nothing, normaly can play it down to nothing it makes the fun last longer, but never had it it ripped out of account like that, anyway was fun
