Contrary to their deposit page's options, they do not accept Mastercard, but Kevin, the service rep who answered my phone call, explained that they are currently finalizing other deposit options for use in the near future ~ maybe within the next two weeks, I believe he said, and they currently use iPoint, (which does not accept Mastercard, at least not from U.S. players). He didn't just let the phone ring and go to voice mail; he answered, and rather than put me on hold, asked if he could call me back, which he did within ten minutes. Although his thick accent made it difficult to understand him at times, he was pleasant, and wasn't afraid to make an on-the-spot managerial decision to remedy my problem.
I will go back in a week or so to check out their "new" deposit methods. To all the frustrated "banned Americans" who miss, or have never experienced, the MicroGaming-like software, y7ou HAVE to try this site out ASAP!
Kudos to Wizard software and GoldRock Casino for freeing us from the boredom and B.S. of most RTG sites, and various and sundry others we accept only because we have nowhere else to play! Peace out all!
