Thank you for the "THANKS" code. I tried to redeem it and it said it was already. I asked at the window and they said it was a glitch and creditted the account. Little boxes in cashier said I was, started at $3000. Asked if I could cash out and they said yes I could take out $100 , !st have to send copy picture I.D. and copy of utility bill. I asked so many questions and didn't get alot answered and then got left hanging. I felt like such a tourist. So I left. i downloaded the casino and created a account and asked for the redeeming of the chip and they said no that it was for depositers only so i uninstalled it thanks for nothing

The same thing happened to me-- downloaded casino - entered coupon code- said already redeemed - contacted live chat and was told it was for palayers that had already deposited ! wtf
