I have tried to download this casino twice now, clicking on the $10 no deposit, each time the promotion box has (new promotions coming soon). I even went into the cashier and it said the same thing. I have never played at this casino before, but I have at Paradise. I believe they are tied in together. Once you've taken advantage of one promo, I don't think you can at the other. Correct me if I'm wrong.

That should not be the case but I will check back with these guys to confirm!

I looked into this problem. Apparently, if a player has an *active* promotion at one casino they can't claim that promo in another Rival casino. They will have to finish with the first bonus before claiming the next. This was originally implemented to protect from bonus fraud but is being removed in the next product update as they now have a more rigorous fraud detection program. I haven't been given an exact date that this will be changed, only that it's "in the works and prioritized".


I have asked that the tech dept. notify me as soon as the active-bonus restriction is lifted (next software update) and I will let you know immediately. Until then, just let your players know that for now they will have to finish with the bonus at one casino before claiming it at the next.
