Hi Dmoney,
I just recieved the email also but mine says you can only redeem it if you have deposited at least once at there casino.

I never have as I always played at Microgaming although now being I live in NY I have to find a new casino.Anyone have any suggestions

Yes that is exactly what my email stated.The casino may give you the chip anyways but you may not be able to withdraw any winnings.You might better read terms and conditions. Although they may just tell you to deposit before withdrawing.Anyways thanks for the tip
