I was told by customer service that if you have redeemed a free chip prior the code cannot be redeemed. Simply put, chips cannot be redeemed back to back. A deposit should be made in betweem free chips. I know this to be the case sometimes but not all the time.

Also note, Prism Casino and Slots of Vegas run on the same computer system. Any transaction made in either casino will reflect in the other.
