I signed up for Cool Cat Casino a while back because I heard so many good things about it. I used the coupon COOLCAT50 at that time to get $50 free but it would not work. After emailing support I noticed $10 in my account. I wasn't really happy because I had my hopes set a little higher. Then a week later I saw a better promotion (better then the $10), and when I tried to redeem it I couldn't because I had $10 credited to my account before (which I did not ask for) Needless to say, I was angry.
So then when I came on here and saw a $50 free chip I got a little excited again. I went to redeem it thinking it wouldn't work....and them WOW, I got really excited because it did work. So then I contacted support and asked them about the chip. This was my reply by the operator George:

Well....there you have it. I am disappointed again. A lot of people say this casino is great, but I will not deposit any money into it because of the disappointment it has brought me.
Just thought I would tell my story before someone played on this free chip and won big and had to get disappointed too.
