grand mondial has changed to reward points. how do you claim your winnings in the AFC contest. through reward points? if some one knows please explain

Hi Jeff. Chip usually sends the accounts in within the first few days of the contest closing. Sometimes it may take up to a week. So please be patient. if you are eligible for the win, it will reflect in your GM account. But with the changes of GM going over to Casino Rewards, we'll have to wait and see. Knowing Chip and AFC they will do the best they can to honor the contest. The worst thing you can do is contact the casino itself. It all needs to go through Chip and AFC.

I spoke with the new managers of the casino, and they will provide the winning amounts but possibly not until the start of March, and we will also get an answer if they will allow the contest to keep running or not. So please be patient and work with us on this one!

Yeah I just heard today, out of all the accounts ony one qualified for the bonus

Rules are going to be a bit more strict and I will post them shortly.

my game history and my deposit history was wiped out when casino rewards took over.

it showed hundreds of log ins but no depo or withdrals that i made ...i have invested well over 400 dollars at grand mondial just in the last 3 months. its funny how only one qualified right when casino rewards took over. why did they anyway... i don't know what els to say.

I did qualify for the contest Chip. Made the required deposit. I bet Casino Rewards has different terms for contests.

I don't think I'm going to be happy playing at GM anymore.

Im working with the new contact at Casino rewards, hope to have some answers real soon but of course they are busy as can be with the migration as well.
