What is the problem with this casino as I've tried there 24hr help received no reply, tried the phone numbers cant understand the person on the other end as they aren't speaking my language,and if you call the other number it tells you to leave a message for the mail box XXXXXXXX so I have now tried the fax and hoping this might work and all this for my Free $10.00 account BBB711

From past experience Casino 1x2 takes anywhere from 1-2 weeks to credit. Also, you should never contact the casino about a contest win. Deal with the forum directly. That's a big no-no

well for you info I was trying to contact support so they could update my profile since my email account and address has changed. I'm glad you were so kind to LET me know about credits, since I havent got any replys back from them I know now to wait and see If anything happens

I also have not recieved my credits from them. Why do they take so long to give them out to people. You would think that they would do it quicker so that they might not lose the customers that they have by being slow to do things.
