problem
I won at rolling the dice I go into my casnio account this morning at sunset palace they have lock my account. Why I don't know? I was new there and 2 days ago I was able to log in. Now I am with live help they don't reply

problem
no I had an account lladou2000 which was my old adress and close than Iopen lladou with my new address before I gave you my account number I made sure lladou2000 was closed and it was because I was playing on lladou just last week and 4 days ago I logged in I was ok that is why I gave you lladou and than this morning I went to see if the 10.00 was there could not login I spoke live support she told me that would be fix I close live support still can't get in.

Well Im sure thats the issue, why would you close the other unless you wanted the nd bonus on the new one?

No I dont' even think I ever played on the old account and I am sure I didn't use any bonus on that old account either but anyway

but what was your reason for closing the account if not to sigh up for the new no deposit bonus? That will apear to them as a bonus abuser even if you did not play the old one. I hope that makes sense.
