Hi Chip. Thank you for submitting the correction on my account name. They had locked my account because I had two accounts, but did not realize it. I had originally submited BEASLY9, which actually should have been BEASLEY9, which is probably why I couldn't find it. I got with Andrew on live chat on Sat night to fix things up, and at the moment BEASLEY9 and DRWIGZ are both open and active. However, I have not recieved my dice credits on either one. I have e-mailed support five times since Fri, and have had no response what so ever. I basically am giving up on them doing anything, but it would be nice if they would at least reply or something- anything for that matter! Can you give them a little nudge, perhaps? Anyhow, thank you again for your time and support.
