I have won four times this past nine mths at Grand Banks. I have cashed out 600 to 1000 each time. They pay within two weeks and I love there games. Considering I only deposit 20 bucks at a time thats pretty good I think. I hit alot of big winners there.

Well I USE to play at Grand Banks all the time untill I actually won. I had a cash out of $2500..which I'm not complaining about BUT...Grand Banks took two weeks to process it..That in itself is pathetic..I play at Playtech sites all the time and the normal time for this is 4 days!!..not 10.

Then they stated to me that they would only pay a max of $500 per week!!...That was the one that cost them my business for good!..I deposit about $1500 a month online and have cashed considerably more than that at other Playtech site and have never recieved anything but FULL payment from the other sites I play at..Namely Casino King and the IOG family


I found the casino mgr to be ignorant in his explainations and rude when speaking to me..I HIGHLY recommend you do not play at Grand Banks Casino at all..not even for the bonus's..If you win you'll have a long wait for your money..In total to get my $2500 I was forced to wait a total of 7 weeks!

I have been playing online for over 3 yrs and this was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

I havnt won at any other casinos and I dint know that the pay out is supose to be processed quicker. Thanks for your info, I dont think I will play there any more. I did notice that when I spoke to them over the phone they were not very polite.

Hi Holly..Yes I found the exact samething indeed..in fact the casino mgr basiclly told me to go fly a kite..to put it nicely..lol

If you are really keen on Playtech I can highly recommend a few for you.. as I play there almost daily and have some nice cashouts too.....oh yea..lol..all paid in time and in full..which is so important to us gamers..
