Thread: WASTE THAT PLACE...BetUS

I received an e-mail for BetUS the new Rival casino/sportsbook,I was suppose to get a free chip"LUCKY 50" that did'nt happen and when I signed in the sportsroom my welcome letter said they would give me 25 to try their casino (for casino rookies0 as they put it.Even with all that I thought I'd give them a try I tried making a deposit (the site says 30 minimum)it was rejected,called and the guy says the minimum deposit is 50!And I'm telling what I see in front of me on their site and I'm in so many words called a liar.The crap I put up with,and got nothing I wouldn't play there if they where the LAST mother f 'n place on earth.

They aren't new are they? I thought they've been around awhile, probably old and cranky. It's too bad there are bad things like this happening. There's a lot of good things that happen too. Someday I'll have to write a book. I've found some really nice people at some of these places and even though they have a job to do, they take good care of you(and I guess your money) Someday soon I'll share a few of these amazing things that have happened. I've also ran into some of the most ridiculous and impossible conversations that could still make me nuts thinking about it. It's like they are from a different planet or something.

i got it i recevied a email but i wasn't sure i liked the deposit methods i usually use my ewallet and did not see that optionwill stick to the other rivals for now

Stick with the othere Rivals that place sucks,I went a head and played in that MF'er. Even with all the BS I b*#ched about ,giving them a chance.I still left that casino pissed,I wanted to cash my comp.(yes only one)and I was told NO the system could'nt do it at this time,every time I'm in contact with these clowns it's something new...

i had similar experience....they just want a deposit they said it was the 2nd casino and you had to have recieved a email but heres a great deal if i would like to make a deposit...i chuckeled amd clicked off!!

Went back to the three ring circus at BETUS Rival casino. I wanted to redeem my comp point (yes the one I talked about 1 month ago and the comp converter was disconnected as live chat put it,the last vist was the software had technical issues. So I asked if I could get in touch with Steven Silvers those who recieved the "Welcome Package" in the mail would know him .And those who dont he's the Director of Client Services. Well the guy must of dropped the bong or joint he was smoking cause I did'nt get a replay for a long time and when I did he asked me "What department he worked in?". My reply was "How in the hell what I know he's your director"I dont work there! Another long pause (must have taken another toke of some good Sh%t!)so now he tells me to call instead. I totaly was blown off. BETUS has not till this day given me a satified answer and have lied about their offers and when I log in the sportbook casino its slow I hate that MOTHER and I'll be damn if I don't get my lousy loney little one piece of crap comp point.Before I delete that Clown town casino I will get what they owe me.Sounds petty I know but the bastards didnt have a problem taking my deposit that software is working fine and dandy "is'nt it !" If I ever get it I'll let you know.
