I was just gonna try and forget about this, and the more I thought about it I figured it best to warn others. If you go to Party City it reads in the banner "certify your account and recive a $100". I did just that for obviously the bonus as well as making a deposit, I guess if they don't have your paper work you can't deposit. After sending the paper work I waited for a bit and after awhile sent them a email (which they never answered) asking about the bonus. It went from certifying the account to "Oh that is only for depositing customers." So long and short of it no bonus and as a side note I still can't get a deposit made it keeps rejecting it. Part that amazes me is that I only use prepaid cards, any place else I play takes the cards no problem Party City no go.
Another factor I share my computer as many people do, so the person I share with filled out the same paper work and sent it in. My friend wanted to make sure they didn't think one of us were trying to pull a fast one.
I had bought a diffrent type of card and tryed again to deposit to no avail finally giving up. Well I had used a free coupon and had a stroke of luck. Needless to say I tried again to deposit because I wanted to do one of their deposit bonus. I had no clue my friend had used free coupons back to back I don't care what my friend does so I never asked about it. Moral of the story I just wanted someone to see what happened next....

Hi I read your note and hear what your saying. This is what I experienced . I "dep'ed' and play in Cirrus . when I finally decided to certify my acct ,I did just that . everything went well, I was approved. Ok so I requested my 100$ free chip . I was declined because apparently I played a free chip sometime ago ,so my last transaction was a free play! NOT anyway in any small or big writing, does it say when certifying for your free chip ,that the same rules apply (dep 1st then claim free chip) I wish I copied the conver ,but didnt think of it at the time. This is very misleading . Dont you think they should make that crystal clear before you think about certifying??? or is it just me ? So once again regarding another RTG casino , I was screwed and treated like sh**! Livid on Long Island

i don't mean to keep harping on this, but Party city and Cirrus aren't in the best standings with many forums, and are classed as rogued casinos.

from many things like slow payouts, no payouts, situations like yours, and many other things that have happened along the way, doesn't make these casinos very trust worthy.


I just don't understand why people would play at these rogued casinos and even make deposits, not knowing if they would ever be able to cash out, or jump through many hoops to get paid.

I guess this is why these type of casinos offer huge deposit bonus with ridiculous terms & conditions on the bonus money and free chips, to draw people in that can not resist their to good to be true offers.

Its funny that you should write that about Cirrus, cause I was under the impression(I read ) that Cirrus was one of the better ones to play at, thats why I dep'ed there . and I cant say nothing about them giving hard time with payouts , cause unfortunately I didnt get to that yet ..lol You just dont know what to beleive anymore, ??
