hansi, go to live chat. In the past, you were able to play the new player bonus at all. I have not seen it change in terms and conditions. but double check. this really is a great group to play at. you may have gotten some ill advise. I would also send an email to them.

hi i had a similar situation happen to me also they said i have more than one account, which i don't remember making... and they closed the account that i've been playing on so now i can't even play there anymore because i don't even know the login info i need! oh well i didn't plan on playing again anyway!
