Here is the big issue with RTG casinos and bonuses, most have a top cap on winnings, ir 10X the bonus amount or whatever the terms are for that bonus. Do you know if this applies?

i followed all the casino's request, it's just the process, on the withdrawal page it should not say max 4000, when they only allow 1500. increments per day...also they should not have given me the option of bank transfer, and not notify me that they were sending it money gram.....just very poor comunications with casino support trying to get the answers to my questions such as push or not push the submit button, to cancel or confirm the request

I Was Under The Cap.... I Only Withdrew 3162. The 62. Was To Replace The Bonus They Gave Me.....after Filling In All The Information For A Wire Transfer Directly To My Bank, They Took It Upon Themself, To Divide The Witdrawal In Half, In Order To Send It Out To Me On 2 Money Grams, That Cost Me An Additional 85.00 In Transfers, And By The Time I Receive My 2nd Installment It Will Be 60 Days.....not The 10 Days To Process And The Additional 7 For The Transfer....

They Claim They Did It This Way Because Of The Usa Gambling Laws, But I Feel They Change The Rules As They Go Along, No Where Is Any Of This Information Found....and The Worse Part Is They Never Informed Of What They Were Doing....

i wanted to comment on the stressful withdrawl at Club Player Casino. 2 yrs ago we had the exact same experiance with club player casino. We were so frustrated that we have not played there since. I wonder how they stay open with such Mickey Mouse withdrawl procedures. I hope no one else goes thru this but I am certain they will.
