I kept gettting free codes for money at Prism I used pothe latest one and won over 200 tried t o cash out 175 the y not only didnt give my money but denied me acess to my account and I had deposited at the casino in the past . Don't go there they are a bad casino and when I contacted customer support tehy were very rude. Told me I had abused the free coupoun code . They just don't want to pay when you win.

I too have an issue with Prism...I was ahead about 150.00 from a sign up bonus and in mid play they locked up the game and took the money. Contacted live help and was told that I had registered at one of their sister sites and that I couldn't use the same bonus there and that I was banned.
Bad Casino!

It gets tough as most player do not know the multiple casinos, ie Prism and SLots Of Vegas are the same casino. Thats why I only promote one of them here. Did they lock both your accounts?

Nope..just the one with money in it.
