Long story short, I went to Wild Vegas to use the nd bonus coupon and had a little problem. Live chat told me that I have 3 accounts at Cool Cat. I do have one, and I figured that probably 2 of them were play accounts so he could get rid of them. He said I'd then have no problem.

Later I tried to redeem the bonus at Wild Vegas - said I'd already redeemed both coupons I saw posted here. That chat person said I have 9 - count 'em 9 - open accounts there. She also said they all have the same information -- address, phone etc. but i didn't have this address and phone number when at least some of those accounts were opened.

Does anybody have any ideas what I can do or how I can get to the bottom of this? Nobody I know could or would have done it. I'm sure of that.

It's all getting more unclear. A call to casino management wasn't fruitful, although the customer service guy who answered the phone said that all the other accounts belonged to a guy in California and none of them had my account information.
Luckily I copied the chat sessions and will eventually get through to someone who can help me get this straightened out.
Do you have any suggestions?
