Recently there was a situation with Casino Extreme that was handled extremely poorly by the casino manager, Henry. My husband, daughter and I all have our own accounts at this casino and have been depositing several times weekly, and playing there for months.
Recently, my daughter requested a Neteller withdrawal (as they allow one immediate Neteller withdrawal per day) and was told that due to us sharing Neteller accounts, and because I had requested a withdrawal on my account earlier that day, that her Neteller request would not be honored and that she would have to wait until the next day.
I emailed Henry to ask why we had never been notified in the months we had been depositing and playing there of this new "rule" regarding the Neteller withdrawals and sharing of Neteller accounts. I told him that I thought this was handled very poorly and rather than deny her withdrawal he should have processed it and notified us that this would no longer be allowed due to their "rule" regarding the sharing of Neteller accounts.
Rather than tale 2 minutes to make the withdrawal, Henry proceeded to argue with me in email, and refused to do it.
I requested that he close all of our accounts and he did so with all accounts BUT the account waiting for the withdrawal, which he informed me we would have to contact him again tomorrow to complete the withdrawal, rather than take the 2 minutes to process it. If this isn't extremely poor customers relations, I'm not sure what is. In any event, Casino Extreme has just lost 3 loyal players, I hope it was worth it.
