Hi Chip,
That may be the case, however, I am most upset with how the situation was handled. It was apparently ok that we had multiple accounts until we requested an instant cashout twice in one day to the same Neteller. In all fairness, the way it should have been handled was to immediately make us aware that this was not allowed when more than one account was opened, not wait until they took our money for several months. The cashout was only for $20 to boot, it wouldn't have been a big deal for them, for the sake of keeping loyal customers happy, to process this last cashout for $20 and make us aware that this was no longer going to be allowed.
I have played at other casinos that have made numerous exceptions to their "rules" for loyal players such as myself. This was a simple request, and as I said, we were never notified that there was a problem with us each having an account until she was denied this instant cashout of $20. The entire situation was handled extremely poorly, and I will not recommend that anyone play at this casino.
