i recieved a ten dollar no deposit bonus at a certian casino.
i played slots ended up getting over 800.
after playing i went to live chat and asked if i met the playthrough
they said every thing was in order
so i proceded to cash out.
i submitted a request for 800 dollars next day
i check my account, no money in it, or none pending
so i check egold. none in there
