allright, i recieved a ten dollar no deposit bonus at a certian casino. i played slots ended up getting over 800. after playing i went to live chat and asked if i met the playthrough they said every thing was in order so i proceded to cash out. i submitted a request for 800 dollars next day i check my account, no money in it, or none pending so i check egold. none in there so goto support they said i had no record of playing there, so i can have a free 5 dollar chip. so i start to get aggrivated with the casino. so the lady said that theyd send this to there technical staff to look into more deeply. she said id have an answer within 5 weeks. so i try to complain but am disconected. so i wait over 2 months for it no answer, now ive just given up, i dont even care if i dont get the money, i would just like a valid reason why. they said i wasnt in the database But then i played dective and found out they were still sending me promotional emailers so i thought if i am not in the database how do i keep getting emails. Sure enough i got a imediate response of o i am sorry i didnt notice, and gave me a different email. The casino was casino du web, can u help me |

I never even heard of casinu du web I try real hard to only keep casinos on here that are reliable, If I hear a problem with one, and I contact my affiliate manager they either resolve the issue or I remove the casino. By me not knowing of this casino at all Id say you may have been taken, at least you did not deposit anything.
