Bad Customer Service...

from a well respected micro group, too.

Lake Palace casino has been my favorite casino for a very long time. Since I started playing with them, they have given out a weekly bonus of 20% (I think, maybe it's only 10% - but it's a bonus) of all your deposits for the week. Granted some weeks I only get a few dollars, but other weeks I've deposited enough to get quite a nice Monday bonus!

Anyway, I deposited $20 last week for an email promotion they sent me. It was a VIP bonus on a deposit made that day (note, I said a VIP bonus offer THEY sent ME in my email). Well, after several emails and a phone call on Tuesday and Wednesday, they finally credited my bonus for that deposit.

Now these weekly bonuses are supposed to be given out on Mondays, and it's always been in my account by 10am EST. I have received these weekly bonuses as recently as last Monday, 6/27/05, and I always have gotten them even if the money I deposited earned some other bonus. So when my couple of dollars wasn't in my account by this past Monday afternoon I sent them an quick casino mail note asking about it.

First they sent me back an email asking which bonus I was referring to (as if they have lots and lots of percent back weekly bonuses to choose from..lol), so I explained to them which bonus, then I receive this...

"Dear Kelli

Thank you for the email.

Please be aware that this promotion is now only for VIP's and expired
for
All regular players on the 01/31/2005.

Have a great day!

Oh, really? How the *&%# many thousands do you have to deposit at one casino to be a valued customer? AND, it seems I WAS a VIP last week!

Anyone else have these problems with this group? This is not the first time for me, but it will certainly be the last - unless I get some kind of very nice apology from them! There are too many casinos out there who will be happy to take my money.

I had pretty much the same problem and I quit depositing there in March this year. I hate when they change things without notice
