Casino Not Paying ...

There has to be someone we can contact when a Casino doesn't pay.. any info in this regards would be so grately appreciated.

depends on the casino and the reason they do not pay.

Depends on the country also, some are actully controlled by real gaming commissions. If they are in Costa Rica, they are controlled by the golden rule, who ever has the gold makes up the rules.

When I first started online gaming I had a Costa Rica casino not pay. It was a fairly large amount of money. I called a newspaper in Costa Rica to see if they had info on gaming industry. Newspapers, of course, are great sources of information.

This is the newspapers editors quote:

"You would be well advised to not pursue this matter. The owners of _______ Casino are the type that will nail you to the floor. There is no control over Costa Rica casino by the goverment..... Whatever you do, do not come here to collect...."

The Casino is Captain Cooks. Won $4,000. there. They even agreed that I won it. That isn't the problem... they just keep giving me a line everytime I contact them. It stinks w/ this Casino.. cuz they don't have a phone number to which I can contact. Just totally bummed!

Never heard of an issue with that group of casinos, they usually pay no problem. Youn will need to offer more detail in what they asked or said.

Hi Chip, yeah.. I've heard good things about the Casino. This is why I'm not understanding why I'm getting the run around here. They have all the info and fax back form. I keep getting.. well it will be 3 to 5 days.. that passes.. then it will be another 2 days....that has been two weeks of another 2 days... then they tell me.. that the firepay is down on their end.. that it will be another 5 days. So then they offer to send it via ACH.. so I thought long and hard about giving them my banking acct.. but figured if I were to see it.. this would probably be the only way. So I offered them my banking acct info.. they said they would send it off that afternoon ( week and half ago )... that it would take 2 to 4 buisness days to hit my bank.. well.. still.. I've not seen it. Now when I contact em, they say there isn't anything they can do.. that its not in their hands. I've asked me for the ACH info and transaction number of it.. and they wont give it to me?! ... just totally frustrated beyound words.

Yeah that seems a bit odd, I can't that casinom trying to pull anything for ony 4K..

I always use Neteller as I can track everything.
