I have contacted captain cooks about not being able to log in. i have done everything they have asked from redownloading to deleting cookies etc. But no one will call me and help me log in. All i get is a message box that says "Cant connect to server" No one has been able to tell me why. I have 16 dollars sitiing in my bonus account for that casino and their sister site casino classic and I cant get logged into either one. Any suggestions?

make sure your windows firewal and any third party firewalls are not blocking you, also try another microgaming casino to make sure your ISP is allowing use of that port!
