1 to 7 days to make a withdrawal, its been four days since I sent in the ID form and they have not even processed the form. I send it everyday just to make sure they have it because no one there can tell me. I have also sent 14 emails each one a little tackier than the last, no response. The support staff is lacking in.....KNOWLEDGE.

Pay me, I just want them to reply to me. As far as casinos I have deposited at, Connecto has to be the worst. Disorganized, slow, RUDE, non truth telling, gimmicky, gimmicky, gimmicky, excuse for a casino I have ever seen. Their whole bonus thing is, well its like throwing money out your car window. Then hoping more blows back in than you threw out. Credit card processing was out for the longest, can not withdraw through software, can not redeem comps with fax back form (which they still have not processed mine), can not get response to email. PITIFUL |

did you do the faxback stuff, plus note they only pay out one day a week.. not the best customer service but they do pay..

they should not require a SS# let alone the card, 2 valid bills and an ID.. I know many who cashed out and they never needed a SS#... ask for contact info from them for me to get ahold of them as I will rmove them if they are making these type of changes..

Now I guess I have to go through the waiting period again? Jen: sorry but is for your own secutity please resend the documents and contact us 20 minutes after you are done so we can check for you you: its not for my security and you know that, you have enough information to verify my ID.
