I went to the Royal Dutch Casino from this site and tried to redeem the listed coupon, the onsite help was not helpful, I tried twice to get a response and then after irritating them with several hello's, someone answered. They said that there were no coupons anymore and then wouldn't respond to anymore questions

No prob. I am 2 for 2 here, lol. I down loaded the Grand Hotel Casino and was told the coupon listed in your forum has expired.

I am not complaining... just got lucky enough to find two in a row I guess.

I emailed support there (nicely).

They are both in effect still, the grand hotel has the bonus right on the front page!! (lower left goes between 100% sign up and $12 free)

I must have bad luck then, I tried Royal Dutch the first time from their flash site. After your reply that the promo was still on, I downloaded. Here is the response I got.

I just got off the phone with them! they changed from nd to $1000 in match bonuses.. I updated the site just now.. but the other is good to go!
