Rivernile Casino
I requested a cashin in early July for $100 from the Rivernile casino, they requested my ID which I emailed to them after a week I emailed them requesting to know what was happening and was told that they had no received my ID. I resent the ID on the 15th July and received a confirmation email on the 16th, still hearing nothing I emailed the accounts section at the end of July and received an email on the 2nd August saying that the cashin had been sent on the 19th July. Getting quite annoyed by 12th August I again requested to know what was happening and received the following email with quite different info:
"Please note that we only received your ID on the 09August. and your cash-in
was allocated early this week as a draft, kindly allow 10 - 20 working days
from the allocation date."
Since that time I have emailed the casino several times only to receive auto replies. I am very disappointed by this casino, and certainly wont be depositing there again.
