I deposited $25.00 through Neteller... never showed up. I called, no help. I got the NT number they requested... no response. I called again... no answer. Three days later, no deposit. I called again... no answer. I called again.... no answer. I called again... no answer. Need I say more. I'm still fighting with these ^&((^&*%%**%*&%. I'll let you know if I ever get these people to get their act together. Now it's come down to a challenge.

Well I am pretty surprized by that. Lake Palace is part of Casino Grand Bay/Jupitor etc and have some of the best service around. I played there and cashed out on the freebie and had the cash in under a week. Also a buddy of mine cashed out $500 from the same freebie.

Hope it works out for you but this is the first I've ever heard of that this casino is having a problem player...I still think they are a top notch group and will deposit many more times. They've always paid me..

I got ahold of my contact there and it was taken care of! They explained the call desk did not yet have access to the new casino, so they took care of it!
