beware INETBET

Hi,
Just want to put my warning out about INET BET CASINO.

1. They have no live chat
2. They have no phone support
3. Email response is slow, rude, disrespectful.
4. I deposited there once. Had to go round and round with emails in order to finally get the bonus they had advertised.
5. I got their new newsletter this past week and:
-emailed them to confirm the terms etc. on the bonus's they adv. and to confirm that I could get them.
-made 1 deposit and had to write to get the 50% bonus since the code did not work.
-made another deposit and tried to use the mystery code for 200%
( KEEP IN MIND I ALREADY HAD AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM I COULD USE THE CODE). And I did not get the bonus. and they are not going to honor it!!!!!!!!!!!

Complete rip off company!! I am 99% sure this business is being ran by some pimply faced teenager in his basement!!!!!!!!! So, Buyer be ware! I told them to get me off the mailing list and close out my account--I don't need to spend my money at a dishonest company!

On a good note, I have been making several deposits now at Prism,,same games..... no problems. polite. prompt. honors what they advertise. and.....I 've even managed to make a few nice withdrawls with no problems.

ive had no problems

thats strange to hear. Inetbet is one of the casinos i reguarly deposit in and have never had any problems at all. They have even go so far as to credit my account with free money on wuite a few occasions. sorry to hear you are having trouble with them.

I too am sorry to hear you are having problems....I deposit here regularly and have never had an issue with bonuses and even though they don't have live support their email responses are very quick!!

don't know if you still reading this one, but Inet is one of the best ones I have come across. Never have had any trouble with coupons, they regularly each month give me a little bonus, and I have even withdrew a small amount out which only took a few days, once they received my id etc. Sorry you have had all the trouble, very hard to understand why.

I actually love iNetbet myself, one bad experience can make it all seem bad though unfortunately

I have never deposited with either casino but have visited many a forum and have yet to come across any real negative posts regarding iNetbet. Issues can come up with any casino but I have never seen any involving iNetbet that weren't addressed and resolved. I am curious what prompted this post in the first place. Seems kind of out of the blue. I could understand if it were in reply to some post about an iNetbet promotion but it's not. I'm just glad the poster lisajill told them to close the account and stop sending the newsletter. At least there won't be a THIRD post bashing iNetbet. A ton of casinos out there so you'd think after posting this back in may there wouldn't even have been a need for a second. Guess the poster should have taken her own advice.

*Contacted support they said they had some system problems and they put the money back in.

*Hmmmm, interesting type of error, so did I win a progressive? Why else would there be an error?
** Do you have a phone number or anything for me to contact these guys? I'm dealing via email with a csr named Alan who will not answer my questions......and pretty much thinks if I don't trust the software...too bad for me. And, will not pass my email on to a manager!

Sorry chip I suppose I could of kept my mouth shut but there seems to be more and more of these type of posts everywhere. By type I mean posts saying great things about a terrible casino for a lousy $20 free chip or negative posts made to discredit a legit place. I'm all for free chips but not at the price of possibly steering someone towards a shady casino. If these really are lisajill's honest unexaggerated iNetbet experiences both May and July (which I'm doubtful of) then that's to bad and I'm sure given the chance iNetbet would gladly address and reslove. Again sorry sometimes it's just hard to read'em and move on.
