Ripped off by LAKE PALACE CASINO

Lake Palace Casino,
First you tell me I made a deposit, in sep 04, then u tell me I did not ever make a deposit. I have been through all my old email records and cannot see that i ever made a deposit in 2004. Again, I am requesting the new player bonus. Last night I made a first deposit and played it off.
I spend on average over $4000. per month in casinos. Rarely do I spend that money online since so far No Casino has ever proved reliable!
If you are not honoring the new player bonus then please remove me from your mailing lists and I will add you to my file of casinos that are unreliable!.
I am also posting a copy of this email in all the gambling forums that I participate in. This is ridiculous service! This is my 4ht and final email asking you to honor the bonus which you advertise.

This would be the first I have heard of issue of this sort with this group of casinos.

Well after the email which I posted above, Lake Palace did indeed honor the bonus. It took 4 emails and one phone call to accomplish reciept of the bonus.

Sometimes the pin is mightier than the sword.

Now all I have to do is figure out how $60. plus dollars in penny play cannot even pop one single bonus round. LOL

I deposit at 3 online casinos #1 LAKE PALACE they are awsome(granted I've never won anything big so I've never cashed out LOL) but they have been nothing BUT generous#2 INETBET they are really nice and I've had no problems there either #3 VEGAS LUCKY I love this one too. They gave me no problem when I cashed out a small win($125.) on a free chip. Maybe we have the same problem...can't find the loose games lol emma13

i have to say i disagree with your opinion of lake palace. I won over 1400 on a no deposit chip and was somehow lucky enough to cash it out completely with no deposit ever being made. i have since made several deposits and cashed out over 5000 since sept. of 2005. enough said

I am a big fan of Lake Palace. Not only did I receive a $250.00 no depsoit Christmas bonus, but I have cashed out with no problems on several small wins. Maybe it was a one time occurence.

I have inquired 2 times at Lake Palace about my free "no deposit" bonus and still have not gotten a reply or my bonus-are they still offering the free bonus?

Can someone help please-I received an E-mail after I gave my acct#'s to claim the free bounus's and I clicked on the E-mail that said to I have had replies from my message I posted-how do I view the replies or do they amutomically come up-I have requested my bonus's 3 days ago and still no luck-is there anything else I have to do?

are you talking about lake palace or the free $10 I do for the others?
