Says on web site is for new players only. By the way anyone else getting can't redeem due to active playthrough balance ? Last free chip they had I had to have support put it in for me. Then for the heck of it I tried one of their match coupons for exisiting players and said the same can't redeem because of playthrough yet in both cases my balance is zero. Was thinking it was their way of stopping old players from redeeming new player coupons. Stinks cause even if I can't cash them out I still like playing them for some stupid reason seems more like real money then play money.
