they do appear to be very honest and the video poker is realy,realy loose,i tried to cashout $83 yesterday and they wrote back denying me saying i had multiple accounts,well i called them today and would you believe it? they admitted they made a mistake! while playing with the money thinking they werent going to pay me i got it up to where im cashing out $125 and still have $20 in my account!i also told them about my handicap where i have to pay people to get me around it cost me $20 for their help and $6 for the faxes and they said they will reimburse me in some way.the customer service was fantastic!!im going to be a player here for a good long time to come,give it a try i think you will like it
