What is the problem with this casino as I've tried there 24hr help received no reply, tried the phone numbers cant understand the person on the other end as they aren't speaking my language,and if you call the other number it tells you to leave a message for the mail box XXXXXXXX so I have now tried the fax and hoping this might work and all this for my Free $10.00 account BBB711
