Well I USE to play at Grand Banks all the time untill I actually won. I had a cash out of $2500..which I'm not complaining about BUT...Grand Banks took two weeks to process it..That in itself is pathetic..I play at Playtech sites all the time and the normal time for this is 4 days!!..not 10.

Then they stated to me that they would only pay a max of $500 per week!!...That was the one that cost them my business for good!..I deposit about $1500 a month online and have cashed considerably more than that at other Playtech site and have never recieved anything but FULL payment from the other sites I play at..Namely Casino King and the IOG family


I found the casino mgr to be ignorant in his explainations and rude when speaking to me..I HIGHLY recommend you do not play at Grand Banks Casino at all..not even for the bonus's..If you win you'll have a long wait for your money..In total to get my $2500 I was forced to wait a total of 7 weeks!

I have been playing online for over 3 yrs and this was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
